How do I cancel a subscription purchased at store.bdsa.com?To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Log in to Your Account: Visit store.bdsa.com and log in using your registered email and password. 2. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions': After logging in, navigate to the 'My Account' section and choose 'My Subscriptions' from the menu. This menu can be found in the top right corner by clicking on your initials. 3. Select the Subscription to Cancel: Identify the subscription you wish to cancel from the list and click on it. 4. Click 'Cancel Subscription': Within the subscription details, you will find an option to 'Cancel Subscription.' Click on this button. 5. Confirm Cancellation: You may be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that any remaining time on the current billing cycle will still be accessible, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.
